Job Description

We're scaling and looking for a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of mission impact, operational excellence, and customer trust. In this role, you'll own the execution and growth of a high-visibility program supporting the Intel Community driving results across delivery, financial performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

This is a role for a leader who enjoys running complex programs end-to-end, empowering cross-functional teams, and expanding mission outcomes in adjacent technology or government markets.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the trusted partner and primary interface for government customers, building long-term, high-confidence relationships
  • Lead day-to-day execution of moderately to highly complex programs, ensuring performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Own program financials, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow (DSO)
  • Translate customer needs into clear priorities and coordinate across engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver results
  • Proactively identify risks, surface insights through data-driven analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Contribute to business development and program expansion, identifying follow-on work and adjacent opportunities
  • Mentor and influence team members, setting a high bar for accountability and performance
  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities as the program and organization evolve

What You'll Accomplish in Your First Six Months

  • Develop a deep command of your program financials, technical scope, customer expectations, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Establish yourself as a go-to leader for both customers and internal teams
  • Build momentum by improving execution predictability, financial performance, and stakeholder confidence
  • Integrate into our Program Management community, with opportunities to mentor junior PMs and shape best practices
Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Proven experience supporting the Intel Community
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience through military or government service
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience, including exposure to commercial or hybrid environments
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting intelligence or operational programs across one or more disciplines, such as HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, cyber operations, or technical operations.
  • Technical program management background (software development, systems engineering, or network engineering)
  • Experience owning P&L and managing programs using Deltek Costpoint or similar financial systems
  • PMP or equivalent program management certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Constantly work with computers and other information technology equipment
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas in a classroom style format, may stand at a podium for long periods of time
