The Women's Health Service Line at MWMG includes practices and clinicians in Obstetrics-Gynecology, Gynecology-only, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Midwifery, and related subspecialties. Oversight spans ambulatory clinics, surgical services, and inpatient care across all locations. This role works in close partnership with hospital administration, department leadership, and key stakeholders to align goals and strategy. The Women's Health Service Line Medical Director will focus on driving operational efficiency, cost containment, and the delivery of high-quality, appropriate care. This role requires close collaboration with finance, revenue cycle, data management, and clinical leadership across primary care, surgical, and hospital services. The Director will also engage with partners in supply chain, property management, anesthesia, and nursing to optimize service delivery. In addition, the position will lead strategic growth initiatives for Women's Health services while balancing responsibilities between administrative leadership (25%) and clinical practice in OB/Gyn (75%).Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
