We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join the North America Professional Services team where your core focus is to ensure customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Automotive Factory and Supply Chain Planning solutions.

Scope

  • Enterprise Solution Architect takes ownership of a complex multi-product solution within an implementation project and pre-sales initiatives and architects software solutions that solve the customers business problem, generating maximum value for the customer.
  • The role holder may work on multiple programs/projects simultaneously, and/or may work on multiple applications on the company platform.
  • An Enterprise Solution Architect provides leadership and direction to the on-site implementation team on the design and execution of the solution and definition of business process workflows that accompany the solution.
  • You will be the functional liaison across key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.

What you'll do

  • Work with Project Manager / Sales representatives in planning efforts, create detailed tasks and estimates in overall project plan.
  • Lead business process analysis through design phase of the project or through the pre-sales phase of sales opportunities.
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Lead team in development of functional specifications for implementation, modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customer's business objectives and are of sound design.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements by providing guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Communicate gaps in applications capabilities to Product Marketing and Product Development.
  • Develop and validate test plans, test scripts to ensure company software consistently meets the customer's business objectives, in keeping with agreed acceptance criteria
  • Create and modify procedural and system documentation throughout the project.
  • Verify and prove that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for users, management and executive level audiences.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project teams.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption, integration and usage of enterprise solutions and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering technical growth and professional development within the team.
  • Learn and continuously enhance knowledge on industry best practices, process methodologies, and on how the company solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to best facilitate customer business processes.

What we are looking for

Industry and Product Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in transformational, end-to-end deployment of Demand / Production Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning software solution within an Automotive organization and/or Tier 1 Auto Supplier
  • Competitor solutions that will be considered include SAP IBP/APO; Oracle Cloud ERP; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management; Infor CloudSuite Automotive; and Epicor
  • Clear understanding of business processes and technical solutions related to Automotive or AutoT1
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level solutions architecture and design principles

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong business analysis skills for definition of strategies, functional requirements and use cases
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies
  • Strong interest in supply chain planning and management operations
  • Demonstrates strong reliability, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and work well under pressure, both independently and within a team
  • Ability to prepare and deliver exceptional presentations for software users, management, and executive level audiences.

Education:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree

The salary range for this position is $100,288.64 to $163,976.90 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
