What Fuels Success Here:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or welding environment preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with welding equipment and fabrication machinery.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and basic automation systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic welding or fabrication skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, Sub-Arc).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and service CNC machines, lathes, mills, presses, and assembly equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, tools, and facility systems.
• Replace motors, sensors, belts, bearings, valves, and electrical components.
• Support the installation and setup of new machinery and production lines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
