Job Description
As a Software Asset Management and Business Continuity Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the software lifecycle and developing and implementing business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations. Your role will be crucial in minimizing risks related to software license compliance and preparing the organization for unexpected events.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage software licenses, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Monitor and optimize software usage within the organization.
  • Develop and update business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure readiness for crisis situations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential threats and their effects on business operations.
  • Create and maintain detailed operational procedures for crisis management.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders during emergencies.
  • Regularly test and update the business continuity plan based on test results and changing conditions.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for staff on software asset management and business continuity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in software asset management and business continuity planning.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO 22301) are a plus.
