SUMMARY:

The Pas DevSecOps Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure solutions. This role includes developing automation strategies and deployment processes to enhance operational efficiency and robust performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the software engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coach teams to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.

* Develop and maintain automation scripts and deployment processes.

* Lead software engineering teams to streamline application deployment.

* Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability of the infrastructure.

* Implement security best practices to protect the infrastructure and data.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, including experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

* Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

* Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Gitlab, or CircleCI.

* Experience with Microsoft, Pega, Salesforce and MuleSoft Deployments

* Experience with Java or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Shell, or Ruby

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Effective communication and collaboration skills.

* Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
