Bin Repair Technician

El Dorado Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety consciousBin Repair Technicianto join our team inPlacerville, CA!

The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday7:30am-4pm. Starting pay will be$24-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Repair trash containers (weld, paint, washing)

• Repair roll-off boxes (weld, paint, washing)

• Yard and facility maintenance

• Picking upand sweepingwindblowntrashin the yard.

• Various utility tasks as needed

• Other manual laborer duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience. Preferably in a laborer, Maintenancetype roles

• The ability to stand outside throughout an 8 hr shift

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Ability and will to work in all weather conditions. The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate.

• Experience running equipment is a plus

• Welding and fabricating experience a plus

• Must pass drug screen and pre-employment background check.

• Work environment involves some exposure tophysicalrisks such as movingmechanicalparts, which requires following basicsafetyprecautions.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
