What You'll Do:

As aSales Concierge Representative, you'll contact existing Vivint customers to:

  • Offerproactive equipment upgradesand service enhancements

  • Identify customer needs and presenttailored smart home solutions

  • Build value and trust in every interaction-no cold calls, only warm leads

  • Work towardindividual and team sales goalsin a high-energy, collaborative environment

Who We're Looking For:
  • At least18 years old

  • Able to work full-time onsite at ourLindon, UTlocation

  • Comfortable usingscripts, software, and sales tools

  • Strongcommunication skillsand customer focus

  • Sales experienceis a plus but not required-we'll train you!

  • Able to commit to at least6 monthsof employment

  • Able to pass abackground checkand obtain aUtah Burglar Alarm License
