Work Schedule
8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary.

Hybrid teleworking schedule (1 day/week) available after onboarding period.
Primary Purpose of Position
The Compliance Specialist serves as administrative staff for the college's processes related to students' experiential learning, which include developing and maintaining affiliation agreements with external partner organizations, interpreting and applying site-specific student compliance requirements, coordinating student compliance verification processes, and managing databases for tracking and reporting of student placements. The Compliance Specialist provides consultation and technical assistance to a wide range of internal and external clientele; counsels academic program leaders on compliance requirements and processes, and provides indirect supervision of administrative staff who assist in implementation of compliance processes.
Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Essential Job Duties
This position utilizes multiple complex databases in Banner, Excel and other software programs to track multiple data points for the college's student's clinical agency requirements. Must have advanced skills in excel, Microsoft office programs, gmail and calendar. Must have excellent interpersonal and professional oral and written communication skills to interact with a variety of consumers (faculty, staff, students, external agencies, visitors, and families). Must have record of outstanding attention to detail and ability to problem solve and propose solutions.
