As a User Experience Designer, you will transform business vision and customer needs into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to bring ideas to life-from concept through implementation-while advocating for the end user. This role offers the opportunity to grow your craft, influence outcomes, and help shape experiences used by thousands of customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Translate business and customer needs into compelling UI designs and user experiences.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts using tools such as Figma.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design intent and quality outcomes.
  • Conduct and interpret user research to inform design recommendations and iterative improvements.
  • Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, design systems, and best practices.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles, workflows, and usability best practices.

Preferred

  • Experience presenting design concepts to product, engineering, and design teams.
  • Strong visual design skills and experience working within design systems.
  • Familiarity with financial and/or banking terminology, systems and tools.]
