Here's what you'd do: In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of a basic nature, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Essentially, you'll follow methods, techniques, and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures. Assemble, process, or package products to meet quality and production targets. Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and report mechanical issues. Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S/lean practices). Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff. Meet productivity goals while minimizing waste and rework. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Job Requirements Here's what you'll need: High School Diploma or GED. Here's what sets you apart from other candidates: Experience in manufacturing or production assembly. Ability to use hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools. Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware compliantly to specifications. General knowledge of measuring equipment and math, and sound communication skills. Creative thinking with the ability to multitask.
