Job Summary:
The Office of Human Resources serves all faculty and staff at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, housing multiple functional areas with varied administrative support needs. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for managing a busy front desk, providing administrative support, including scheduling and communication management, while serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, often requiring independent decision-making and advanced proficiency in office software to efficiently support multiple departments within the Office of Human Resources.
