We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team, where you will be instrumental in guiding critical non-technical initiatives from conception to successful completion. Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency and success of our strategic endeavors, ensuring seamless execution and tangible results that contribute to our overarching mission.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating key projects across various non-IT domains such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating activities, and integrating diverse efforts to achieve strategic goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to present findings to stakeholders, analyze market demands, and assess project feasibility, directly contributing to the company's success and innovation.

**Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate and manage projects, developing detailed plans to achieve objectives.

* Direct the integration of various technical and non-technical activities within projects.

* Present proposals, reports, and project findings clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders.

* Analyze technology, resource requirements, and market demand to plan and evaluate project feasibility.

* Ensure efficient execution of projects, contributing to strategic planning and resource allocation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* At least 4 years of experience in project management.

* Previous experience with personnel security screening processes.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities.

* Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.

* Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, cost management, and techniques for optimizing manufacturing and distribution.

* Proficient knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

* Proficient knowledge of standard project management and office productivity software.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* PMP certification is preferred and will be prioritized.
