Bilingual Nurse Practitioner Supervisor- LONG TERM TEMP - (6 Months)

FlexStaff is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to oversee patients high-quality care for diverse elderly and frail populations across Brooklyn. Responsibilities:



  • Lead and supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff at our Diagnostic Treatment Centers in Bushwick and Seneca, ensuring top-tier patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with community physicians to coordinate personalized care plans that promote independence, health, and well-being.
  • Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments, manage acute conditions, and support hospital-to-home transitions.
  • Oversee documentation, ensure compliance with HIPAA, and participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team, representing Primary Care Physicians and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide home visits, urgent care, and emergency coverage as needed, acting within your scope of practice.



Qualifications:



  • NY Licensed Nurse Practitioner with certification from AANP or ANCC.
  • Valid NY RN and NP licenses, DEA certification, and Medicaid & Medicare IDs.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably with elderly or frail populations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English-your ability to connect with diverse patients is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
