Location: Greenville, NC - Retail shop How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Position OverviewAirgas is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to join our Greenville team. While your title is Assistant Branch Manager, your "mission control" focus is the daily orchestration of our distribution engine. You will be the primary architect of our delivery routes and the direct leader for our driving team. In this role, you bridge the gap between complex logistics and superior customer service. You'll ensure our trucks are moving efficiently while maintaining a "safety-first" culture. Additionally, you serve as the Branch Manager's right hand, stepping in to lead the full site operations in their absence. Primary Focus: Distribution & Routing
