Your Role on Our Team As the Associate Digital Platform Manager for Connected Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the development and delivery of system-level connected experiences that interact directly with our physical and digital products. With a deep focus on user-centered design and data-driven decision-making, you will lead the development and enhancement of these solutions, which directly impact a user's experience with managing, operating, or learning about their Milwaukee Products This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative product professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and values precision in delivery. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of stakeholder engagement, data ecosystems, and platform scalability, along with a passion for user-centric design and continuous improvement. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: * Support the execution of the connected platform vision, strategy, and key deliverables. * Collaborate with product teams and business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable platform requirements. * Assist in establishing and maintaining cross-functional processes that enable platform scalability and operational efficiency. * Define clear user problems or opportunities that lead to platform features and capabilities, emphasizing measurable usability, productivity, and value. * Learn and apply Platform Management best practices through mentorship, hands-on experience, and continuous learning. * Help maintain and communicate platform roadmap updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders. * Be a subject matter expert in the product market and provide vision and leadership to your product team. * Consult with partners across the business to bridge digital and physical product opportunities. * Work closely with engineering and product design, building viable experiences that scale while delighting our customers * Work closely with digital team members, internal stakeholders, and external clients to deliver a user experience that includes industry best practice. * Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap defining product enhancements for short- and long-term releases. * Develop and deliver concise and meaningful presentations to promote your platform to internal and external stakeholders/users. * Work with cross-functional teams to enable your product's success and create customer demand for further enhancements. * Operate with a holistic perspective: balancing the top-down strategic view within the context of a bottom-up detail focus to ensure program efficacy within the context of the business objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional partners in commercializing digital products, including attendance at trade shows and industry events The TOOLS you'll bring with you: * 3-5 years of experience in software product management or product leadership preferred * Strong consultative, relationship-building, interpersonal and influence skills, and effective at quickly establishing credibility and collaborating with others. * Solid customer orientation, core understanding of the user lifecycle and user needs, and how user insight and user strategy drive experience * Passion for understanding and advocating for end-user needs, behaviors, and pain points. * Highly collaborative and proactive communication style, with a bias toward action and transparency. * Possessing a strong analytical mindset; able to understand and communicate large data sets to a variety of audiences. * Strong planning and organizational skills required with the demonstrated ability to balance competing demands. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, product development, or another customer-oriented related field is recommended We provide these great perks and benefits: * Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans * Generous 401 (K) savings plan * Education assistance * On-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee service * And many more, check out our benefits site HERE.
