We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Superintendent - Maintenance Worker III The Superintendent-Maintenance Worker III is responsible for the overall maintenance of the facility. This role must be available for emergencies. East 119th Street Veterans Residence is a single room occupancy (SRO) residence that provides permanent, supportive housing to formerly homeless single veteran men and women, including those diagnosed with a mental illness.
