MasTec Communications Groupis seeking a full-time Fielder in support of a large-scale Telecommunications project.

In addition, you will:

• Fielder will complete site visits within the given market
• Take legible field notes for the design of construction drawings in aerial, buried, underground, and building applications
• Analyze work site and design requests, then determine the scope of work to be completed
• Deliver projects within timeline and ensure quality of work completed
• Pay attention to detail and communicate any concerns or updates with the OSP Designer
• Interact with internal and external customers, representing MasTec and our client in a professional manner
• Adhere to all company safety practices and policies

About You:

• Understanding of Telecom, Fiber, and Outside Plant preferred, but not required
• Relevant experience with utilities, cabling, or construction, is also considered
• Excellent communication for daily interaction with various teams
• Above-average penmanship for hand-drawn field notes
• High school diploma and completed courses from technical school or community college preferred, but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Having a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation, is required
• Willing to be trained and adapt to changing industry trends; continue education for Engineering design and best practices
• Work schedule to match the hours of our customers and meet deadlines
• Requires outdoor site visits in various weather conditions, plus remote work availability
• Dress appropriately and meet safety standards while on-site

Compensation of $23-$32 per hour, depending on the experience.
