What You'll Do * Process transactions for Commercial Lines policies-including quotes, new business, renewals, policy changes, and premium audits. * Perform data entry, rating, coding, verification, and attach required forms for all policies. * Partner with underwriting and audit teams to ensure transactions are complete, accurate, and delivered with exceptional quality. * Train team members on rating processes and procedures. * Handle complex or specialty rating transactions with precision. * Complete required bureau data reporting and ensure accuracy of all submitted information. * Provide support to underwriting teams as needed. * Assist agents in navigating Guidewire. * Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. What You Bring Must-Have Skills: * 6+ months of experience in an office or administrative setting * Strong typing skills (45 WPM with at least 90% accuracy) * High comfort level with computers and technology * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Great-to-Have: * Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) * Consistent work history-if you've made transitions, we welcome the story behind them Who You Are * Exceptionally detail-oriented-you prioritize accuracy over speed and take pride in error-free work * Naturally analytical and enjoy tackling complex tasks that require problem-solving * An effective communicator who is both professional and cheerful * Independent and self-motivated-you thrive once trained and trusted to own your work * Someone who wants to grow your career beyond this role; we're looking for future leaders Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pekin, IL.
