This role is pivotal in creating and managing strategic customer journeys that align with the objectives of various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM database management, ensuring legal compliance, journey building, optimization and measurement and developing lead generation strategies. Additionally, this role will focus on enhancing nurture flows and personalization strategies through email, SMS and web to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Strategic Customer Journey Development: * Design, implement and measure strategic customer journeys that align with the objectives of different business units. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as web, social, PR and creative to ensure customer journeys are integrated and effective. * Lead ongoing reporting and optimization of all strategic journeys - monthly for business units and quarterly for executive team CRM Database Management: * Oversee the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and legal compliance. * Implement best practices for data management and security. * Provide semi-annual list health assessment to executive leadership Lead Generation Strategies: * Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers. * Monitor and analyze lead generation performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. * Build ABM capabilities across the team including platform selection and management * Drive ongoing reporting of lead funnel including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement - monthly for business units and quarterly for executive team Nurture Flow Enhancement: * Design and optimize nurture flows to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle. * Utilize marketing automation tools from the Adobe stack to streamline and enhance nurture campaigns. Personalization Strategies: * Develop and implement personalization strategies to deliver tailored customer experiences. * Leverage customer data and insights to create personalized content and offers. Team Management: * Lead and mentor the direct reports ensuring alignment with overall customer journey strategies. * Ensure the team adheres to best practices in CRM management, personalization and data privacy compliance. * Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. * Proven experience in CRM management, customer journey mapping, and lead generation. * Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing programs to meet business goals * Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations. * Proficiency in Adobe marketing automation tools. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The expected annual salary for this position is between $86,985.00 and $116,995.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
