Rental Lot Representative - FT

In this role, you'll play an important part behind the scenes-helping ensure vehicles are ready, available, and in the right place for our customers.

What You'll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will inventory vehicles across our airport rental lots and enter vehicle status and other information into a mobile handheld device. You'll help ensure cars are clean, available, and ready for customers to rent, coordinate vehicle movement as needed, and assist customers when questions arise-all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid Driver's License
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
* Enjoyment of working outdoors and staying active
* Flexibility to work all shifts
* Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
* 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
