We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator (QA Admin) to support the Quality and Food Safety team by maintaining product specifications, assisting with regulatory and documentation needs, and serving as a key liaison between QA, R&D, Customer Service, and customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate product data, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update existing product specifications.
  • Partner with R&D to support new product formulations and updates.
  • Create and maintain Nutrition Facts Panels using ESHA Genesis software.
  • Respond to customer requests for product documentation and regulatory information.
  • Assist QA Managers with new Food Defense and Food Safety (FDS) regulations and updates.
  • Review and approve retail packaging artwork prior to plant-wide implementation.
  • Log, track, and assist with responses to customer complaints.
  • Support Customer Service with documentation and customer-related requests.


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
  • Experience using ESHA Genesis for nutrition labeling.
  • Prior Quality Assurance experience, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.


Preferred:

  • Background in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally walk production areas and work in a manufacturing environment as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions related to computer work.
