If you're ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?

About the role:

We're seeking a partnerships leader to manage a focused portfolio of Strategic Integrator (SI) hyperscalers and Tier 2 System Integrators. This role drives real, measurable execution across cosell, referral, and gotomarket motions. You'll own partner relationships endtoend, ensuring disciplined cadence, aligned priorities, and consistent progress with both internal teams and external partners.

About the team:

Our Partnerships organization works across Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing, and GTM teams to accelerate growth through a highimpact partner ecosystem. We collaborate closely with alliance leaders, field sales sellers, solution owners, and delivery executives to ensure partner activity connects directly to opportunities and customer value. The environment is highly crossfunctional, fastpaced, and focused on practical execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of SI partners, including hyperscaleradjacent and Tier 2 SIs.
  • Build and execute joint plans that produce measurable results: pipeline development, partnersourced opportunities, enablement, marketplace alignment, and GTM activities.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure partner efforts support active opportunities.
  • Maintain strong operating rhythm with partners, ensuring predictable engagement and followthrough.
  • Track and report progress using practical metrics such as active opportunities, completed GTM actions, and executed enablement sessions.

What you will need:

  • Experience in partner management, alliances, or SI ecosystem roles (financial services, fintech, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Familiarity with SI and hyperscaler partner motions, including cosell models, joint GTM, and marketplace integration.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence across stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong operating discipline around planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence representing the organization to senior partner leaders.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience building or managing partnerdriven pipelines.
  • Background in hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Practical understanding of SI delivery models and solution development.
  • Proven ability to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholder groups.

What we offer you:

At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees' careers as our own business. We offer:
