Job Overview

The Guest Services Agent (PBX) serves as the resort's primary communications hub. This role is responsible for managing in-house telecommunications, coordinating guest requests via the HotSOS platform, and facilitating reservations for accommodations, dining, and resort activities.

Essential Job Functions



  • Revenue & Reservations: Manage in-house room bookings and promote resort packages to maximize revenue yields.
  • Guest Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for spa, golf, dining, and transportation reservations.
  • Communications: Manage all internal calls with professional etiquette and route external inquiries to Sales.
  • System Management: Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) and HotSOS to track guest requests and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Financial Support: Resolve basic guest accounting inquiries and escalate complex billing issues.

Qualifications



  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of related experience in a call center or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn proprietary hospitality software.
  • Skills: Strong math skills (calculating discounts/percentages) and excellent problem-solving abilities.
