The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $91,000 - 122,800 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Red Wing is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Business Technologyunit, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units, including managing resources, schedules, financials and to adhere to guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.

This role will also deal withmanagement of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery, and contributionto process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. The Sr. Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, verify that the project produces the required deliverables of qualitywithin the specified constraints of timeand cost, and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

This role is a hyflex work arrangement, requiring 1-day a week onsite in Red Wing, MN, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week.

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related fields, with a minimum of5-7 years ofproject management experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects is required.
• Understanding of scrum principles and ongoing product delivery; Scrum experience preferred.
• High levels of executive presence, communicationand stakeholder management skills required.
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities within iterative cycles.
• Experience with backlog management and working closely with Product Owners.
• Ability to manage scope, time, and resources in a flexible, adaptiveway.
• Azure DevOps experiencepreferred but notrequired.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Supply Chain and/or infrastructure related projects.
