Location: Carmel, Indiana; Eagan, Minnesota; Little Rock, Arkansas If you're excited about applying advanced data science to real-world energy challenges, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. As a Senior Data Scientist on MISO's Demand Response team, you'll work on complex analytics and machine learning initiatives that transform large, diverse datasets into insights that drive market and grid decisions. You'll partner closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, deploy, and operationalize solutions that unlock the value of demand response, distributed energy resources (DERs), and load-modifying resources. Along the way, you'll help set best practices, mentor teammates, and shape how data science supports MISO's mission to enable grid transformation and maximize market value.
