Maintenance Specialist I

The Maintenance Specialist will perform general and preventive maintenance on commercial buildings, equipment, vehicles and grounds as specified by the Facilities Manager.

Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:30pm

Minimum Requirements

Specialist I

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  
  
  • Work experience in facilities building maintenance.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be considered insurable by the current CBC/CTS insurance provider.
  
  
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in adverse weather conditions.

• Must undergo FBI fingerprinting for identification and background check requirements.
