Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will gather, manage, and prioritize the collection, documentation, analysis, reporting, communication, and strategy of all system requirements, integrations and customer relationship management (CRM) development work. The Business Analyst Lead will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and effective technical solutions to include maintenance of current systems, enhancements, and major modernization efforts at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Business Systems Analyst Lead's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
Documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide clear guidance to development teams.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
