Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Modernization Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will oversee, facilitate, and manage all activities related to customer relationship management (CRM) modernization efforts, including implementation of the overall strategy and chosen CRM solutions. The Modernization Lead will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and effective technical solutions to include maintenance of current systems, enhancements, and major modernization efforts at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Modernization Lead's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:
Facilitating transition activities and meetings, including system demos of the current platform, walkthroughs of the current system documentation library, and other collaboration activities.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
