We're looking for a Manager, Security Engineering to lead and build alongside Procore's innovative security squad. This isn't a sit back and delegate" role. You are a technical leader who leads from the front, spending a significant portion of your time architecting, coding, and deploying autonomous security systems alongside your team. You will advocate for a security-as-an-agent philosophy, moving Procore beyond manual workflows into a self-healing, intelligent ecosystem. As a player-coach, you will be responsible for the growth and career development of your engineers while serving as the lead architect for our agentic infrastructure. You'll partner with Product & Technology, Security, GRC, and IT to ensure our security agents are high-performing, secure, and resilient. Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
