The Regional Maintenance Director/Regional Environmental services Lead provides recommendations and direction to facility Executive Directors and Regional Director of Operations in assigned communities with overall facility preventative maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, coordination and assistance with special projects and complete day-to-day facility maintenance tasks as assigned. Position: Regional Maintenance Director Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Wisconsin and occasionally Twin Cities Metro area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Schedule: Full - Time / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional on-call and no weekend & holiday rotations) *please note: This position requires travel to senior living communities. The majority of the support will be throughout Wisconsin and occasionally Minnesota. This role qualifies for a Fleet Vehicle through the Lifespark Fleet program. Lifespark Benefits Include:
