The Coordinator of Gift Services at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation (Foundation) is responsible for processing donations made to the (Foundation) and runs procedures related to the output and updating of information from the Foundation's Blackbaud CRM constituent database; enters and maintains constituent biographic and demographic information into the database; runs procedures to output and/or update information. Other duties include special projects and working at off-site Foundation events, as assigned. This position will focus on the CRM/LO integration. This position will report directly to the Director, Gift Services in the Foundation.

Duties & Responsibilities
Process Gifts
* Process donations under $10,000
* Point person for gift imports for CGF and GIVE!
* Point person for breakdown of PayPal/Meta payout reports
Constituent Record Management/Data Integrity
* Create and maintain constituent records
* Run daily audit queries for data clean-up (most of these records come in from LO)
* Perform data clean-up projects as needed by the Foundation
* Maintain data integrity by correcting biographical information, including updating address, creating new constituent records, correcting dupes, etc.
* Update constituent information as requested by other Foundation team members (decease records, update relationships, recognition credits, etc.)
* Investigate duplicate records and merge as necessary
* Correct erroneous records
* Run weekly and monthly audit queries for data clean-up
* Adjust gift records that are less than $10,000 and with focus on gifts created in LO/PayPal/CGF
* Perform data cleanup projects as requested
* Process refunds of gifts as needed with a focus on gifts from LO (not related to recurring gifts)
Administer procedures
* Produce documents related to the Enterprise Zone program for donors
* During Q4, keeping Foundation staff appraised on status on Foundation remaining EZ credit relative to yearly maximum cap
CRM/LO Integration
* Monitor the daily LO sync process and address any errors that arise
* Partner with DS/IT/DBA to trouble shoot and enhance processes that affect gifts and revenue as well as constituent records
* Clear exception batches generated during the LO sync process
* Point person for Blackbaud Support in relation to issues with LO integration and BB Merchant Services as it relates to CRM revenue
* Prepare and upload offline gifts into the online system LO (supporting Courage Classic and other peer to peer events)
* Balance team raiser totals with CRM and report Courage Classic totals weekly March-September using Power BI
* Report fundraising status on a weekly basis to CC team
* Track progress of gifts and remaining funds towards CC matching campaigns and update and publish PowerBI reports accordingly
Special Projects and Duties
* Paid to attend and work special events such as Courage Classic
* Monitor and respond to GS Help questions
* May be asked to work paid overtime depending on volume of activity and special needs
* Assist with other Gift Processing team members to assist or cover specific duties as volume or other circumstances, as needed (e.g., paid time off)
Minimum Qualifications
An undergraduate (BAS/BS) degree is required. No equivalency.
Eight or more years working in a fundraising, estate planning and/or financial Planned Giving environment. The Senior Director of Planned Giving will apply the following knowledge and/or the abilities as follows:
* Demonstrate solid knowledge
* Lead the Planned Giving business unit and oversee, encourage, and achieve revenue goals for future and realized planned gifts
* Interact with donors and effectively communicate with Foundation leadership on progress
* Collaborate with internal colleagues about donors in their portfolio and apply training as needed
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, discretion, and lead in ethical fundraising practice
* Solicit and have financial knowledge and expertise with a diverse population of donors
* A proven and successful track recorded proposals and commitments and direct experience with personal solicitation and program development
* Exhibit strong presentation and facilitation skills with demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization, including Board members and Hospital staff
* Proficiency in computer skills, using MS office software and other related software for donor record management (e.g., CRM)
* Capability to work independently and take ownership and responsibility for autonomous actions
* Excellent interpersonal skill with demonstrated ability to interact with diverse group of constituents
* Ability to be highly organized, accurate and able to meet multiple deadlines on a timely basis
* Able to gather, analyze, and synthesize information and data from multiple sources and summarize findings to report clearly and concisely

This position requires creativity and extreme attention to detail, strong writing, and editing skills, and an ability to articulate and persuasively the themes and issues associated with a major academic pediatric hospital. Collaborative skills, high motivation, and a proven ability to produce results in a highly flexible and deadline-oriented environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prefer candidates who have a law degree from an accredited law school (J.D.) or a certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), or Charted Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP).
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $24.04 to $30.29
