Posting Summary
The Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire two part-time research coadjutants for a short-term project aimed at strengthening internship and full-time placement outcomes for international students affiliated with the school.

The research coadjutants will support the following priority areas:
Research & Data Support

  • Assist with survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis
  • Support the faculty advisor with research reports, proposals, and institutional deliverables


Alumni & Industry Outreach

  • Support revise and development of the Professional Network of SMLR International Students Association (ISA)
  • Coordinate distinguished international student association member's participation as mentors, speakers, and recruiters
  • Assist with internship and job placement initiatives, including CPT/OPT hiring outreach
  • Support institutional branding, senior ISA member driven recruitment, corporate collaborations, and student success initiatives
