Responsibilities Collaborateswith product owners, stakeholders, and otherstoidentifyrequirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Overseesthe planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Ensuresprojects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Mentors, coaches,providesfeedback andevaluatesperformance of staff members. ChampionsAgile practices and principles within the development teamandfacilitatesAgile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensuresthe development of high-quality software by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Promotesa culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, learning, and innovation within the team. Identifiesand mitigatesrisks associated with application development. Ensuresthe security and scalability of applications. Managesthe IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation. Staysup to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience Supervisory/Management experience Experience working with RESTful APIs Strong SQL skillset (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience working with SQL Server, Oracle DBs ERP experience required Cloud technologies (AWS & Microsoft) experience preferred Lane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
