Job Description: Perkins Coie Trust Company is searching for an Investment Administrator to support the Investment team of Perkins Coie Trust Company, including the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Trust Officer & President, the Chief Investment Officer, and additional Investment Officers. This role supports investment management activities such as research and analysis, performance measurement, client reporting, investment compliance, and trade execution. The Investment Administrator works collaboratively across the company, represents Perkins Coie Trust Company with professionalism in client interactions, and manages priorities to support business goals. Responsibilities also include assisting with client meetings and presentations, maintaining electronic records in accordance with retention policies using the firm's document management system (DMS), and performing additional duties as assigned. This position requires working in the office 3 days per week.
