Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.65 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 10-hour days

Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Electronic Manufacturing Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as an electrical assembler or similar manufacturing role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and components
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Manual dexterity for handling small components
• Ability to bend, reach, and work in confined spaces as needed

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with industrial control panels or machinery
• Familiarity with PLC wiring
• Experience in lean manufacturing or ISO environments

What You'll Build Every Day

• Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and control panels according to schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material
• Install and route wiring, cables, connectors, relays, sensors, and terminals
• Perform point-to-point wiring and cable harness assembly
• Mount electrical components to panels, frames, or enclosures
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and correctly
• Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical tests to verify proper operation
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct wiring or assembly errors
• Follow quality, safety, and production standards at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other assemblers
