As a key member of our communications team, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and strategic messages that resonate throughout the organization. You'll work at the intersection of people programs and internal communications, ensuring every employee feels informed, valued, and connected to our mission. This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact on our employee experience and contribute to a thriving workplace culture. This role can be remote, but you must be based in the San Francisco area.

**What You'll Do:**

* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across internal communications, talent management, total rewards, employee experience, inclusion & belonging, and other people-focused functions to develop and execute integrated communication strategies for people programs.

* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans for critical employee lifecycle moments, such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and benefits enrollment campaigns, to drive awareness and action.

* Act as a key liaison between corporate and field communications teams, identifying optimal timing and methods to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience with our people programs.

* Partner with implementation teams to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, collateral, and support interactions, piloting adjustments for continuous improvement.

* Provide essential support for executive communications, including drafting internal messages, preparing talking points, and assisting with large-scale leadership forums and company-wide events.

* Support the execution of major all-employee events, including company-wide town halls and other significant communication initiatives.

* Infuse the organization's narrative and tone into all communications, ensuring alignment with our purpose, mission, vision, and values.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A highly motivated individual contributor with a strong curiosity for business operations and a passion for people-centric initiatives, comfortable and confident interacting with executives.

* Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience in corporate communications, ideally with a focus on people programs and employee experience.

* Superb persuasive writing skills, proven experience supporting executive communications, and proficiency in crafting executive presentations and reports.

* Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional communication environments.

* Proven agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, optimizing resources, and effectively prioritizing tasks.

* A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into actionable strategies and successful execution, demonstrating a strong bias for action.

* Experience with presentation and office productivity tools, as well as defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and showcasing data-driven results.
