Pay Rate: $31.65 per hour

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, economics, urban planning, community or real estate development, housing development, accounting, arts or design, marketing or advertising, humanities, arts and cultural management, or a related field. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the required education.
• Experience: Two (2) years of advanced administrative support or technical experience-depending on assignment-in areas such as economic or redevelopment initiatives, urban or real estate development, loan processing, housing development, accounting, marketing, advertising, or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and maintain a wide range of documents supporting grant administration and reporting activities
• Compile, organize, and analyze participant and program data to ensure accurate tracking and compliance
• Develop presentation materials, including narratives and visual graphics, for internal and external stakeholders
• Review and audit grant funding requests to ensure adherence to program guidelines, accuracy, and completeness
• Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned
