Graphic Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of brand identity, social media, and digital content creation. As a TOTE Resources team member, this role will work closely with our marketing teams across TOTE Group companies to meet the needs of a variety of brands.

The Graphic Designer will develop visual content that strengthens our online presence and communicates our brand's message across platforms.

The graphic designer will create visually compelling graphics for paid advertisements, social media channels, create corporate signage, design employee and customer merchandise, and perform other design needs across a variety of media. This role will also support social media management tasks, including content scheduling and reporting on analytics, to ensure our brand message reaches and resonates with both our internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual designs, whether for digital or print, align with each company's brand guidelines and support a cohesive brand image across all communication channels.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing team across companies to create designs that support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Social Media Design: Create eye-catching social media graphics, videos, and animations tailored to platforms like Instagram, and LinkedIn. Develop content that aligns with brand guidelines while capturing the attention of our audiences.
• Paid Advertisements: Develop creative assets for online and print paid advertisements, including magazine ads, banner ads, display ads, and social media ads, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign goals.
• Corporate Signage & Print Materials: Create designs for corporate signage, including office signage, trade show displays, banners, brochures, and other print materials, ensuring high-quality, attention-grabbing visuals that reflect the brand identity.
• Employee & Customer Merchandise: Design custom merchandise for employees and customers, including T-shirts, hats, bags, and other promotional swag, ensuring these items promote the brand in a memorable and impactful way.
• Social Media Video Production: Produce and edit social media videos and animations, including short-form content such as reels and stories, that effectively communicate the company's services, values, and culture.
• Content Scheduling & Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling and managing social media posts using Hootsuite, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in tracking social media performance, reporting on key metrics, and optimizing content based on audience feedback and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or BFA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital content creation for marketing campaigns and corporate branding.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (e.g. Canva).
• Ability to design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns, corporate signage, and promotional materials (e.g., swag, flyers, brochures).
• Ability to adapt designs for different types of media, from digital platforms to physical products.
• Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation for high-quality print and swag items.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to assist with duties as assigned that may go outside this description as needs for the companies evolve.
