*This job is a work from home role, but you must be located in Northwest Arkansas.*

As a Senior Sales & Replenishment Analyst, you will support tru fru's top customers by delivering analytical insights that improve sales performance, inventory health, and service levels. Partnering closely with customers and internal Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams, you will help connect point-of-sale trends, promotional activity, and inventory performance to support informed, data-driven decisions.

What you'll do



  • Partner with customers to analyze sales and inventory performance, recommending replenishment and forecast adjustments to support in-stock and sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance trends at the item, customer, and channel level to identify drivers of growth, declines, and distribution changes.
  • Evaluate promotional vs. non-promotional performance, including lift, timing impacts, and post-promotion trends, to support future planning decisions.
  • Work closely with tru fru's demand and supply planning teams to review customer forecasts, highlight risks and opportunities, and support execution against aligned plans.
  • Support Sales teams with data-driven insights for customer meetings, line reviews, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service team to proactively identify and help resolve supply chain gaps and service issues.
  • Compile, analyze, and clearly communicate insights from large datasets related to POS, inventory, and supply performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical dashboards tracking POS data, in-stocks, inventory levels, OTIF, SQEP, and other key customer metrics.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries highlighting sales, inventory, and service trends, key risks, and near-term opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support and insight generation for presentations used by Sales, Marketing, and broader business management.
  • Work directly with retailer replenishment teams on forecast recommendations, out-of-stocks, and supply chain concerns.
  • Manage the new item creation and setup process for Walmart (Item 360) and Sam's Club (IDM), ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data visibility, and replenishment processes through improved analysis and standardization.

You have...



  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, replenishment, or sales analytics roles working with Walmart.
  • Working knowledge of Walmart Retail Link tools, including Scintilla, Supplier One, Madrid, IDM, NOVA, and OTIF platforms.
  • Experience working with syndicated data (Circana/IRI/Nielsen) and standard sales and inventory metrics.
  • Experience analyzing promotional vs. non-promotional performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.


Pluses



  • Prior experience in inventory management or supply chain analytics.
  • Exposure to BI tools or automation of reporting.
