  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive network engineering experience in a multi-office or enterprise environment.
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) required; additional certifications (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSE) a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Cisco networking platforms, routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), firewalls, and enterprise wireless network design.
  • Experience with network modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, NetBrain), network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG), and segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to lead complex projects and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Physical Requirements
