Our services include evaluation and treatment for sinus and nasal conditions, allergies, hearing and balance disorders, voice and swallowing concerns, sleep-related conditions, and pediatric ENT care.

Performs scheduling functions as designated by practice. Schedules surgeries, procedures and diagnostic testing. Requires general knowledge of specified surgical procedures, exam preparations, exam sequencing and other related functions.

REQUIRED

1. Demonstrated knowledge of Medical terminology
2. One year of medical related clerical experience

PREFERRED

1. Previous experience in hospital/medical office scheduling environment.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the use of a computerized scheduling system
3. Prior experience in insurance precertification
4. One (1) year secretarial experience at a healthcare organization.
