SPA has an immediate need for a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Analyst.

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned NAF projects in accordance with PMO standards

• Maintain project schedules, deliverables trackers, POA&M logs, execution trackers, and risk registers

• Develop process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio to support operational improvements

• Draft and maintain communications plans and stakeholder engagement materials

• Prepare weekly status reports and contribute to monthly executive summary dashboards

• Support change management activities, including impact assessments and transition planning

• Brief leadership and stakeholders as required on project status, risks, and milestones

• An active SECRET federal security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
• 3-10 Years Experience with:
  • DoD/Army Financial Management
  • Providing assessments and improvements of financial statement auditability
  • Applying pertinent financial accounting standards advisory board (FASAB) policies and federal financial management systems requirements
  • Performing financial statement audits, audit readiness, or remediation services within DoD or another Federal Government agency or department
  • Understanding the Army Control Catalog and the Army CAP process
  • Documenting internal controls and testing results
