We manage critical business applications, including ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Appspace, to ensure seamless employee experiences and operational excellence. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Summer Intern to join our Service Experience Team. As an intern, you will play a key role in optimizing employee experiences through the implementation, analysis, and enhancement of technology tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the management of platforms like ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Appspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Support: Assist in the day-to-day management and operation of ServiceNow, Moveworks, and Appspace to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

  • Employee Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve employee interactions with these platforms and recommend solutions to streamline processes.

  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback, platform analytics, and business metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders on projects to implement new features, workflows, or integrations within the business applications.

  • Documentation: Create user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support employees in using these tools effectively.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test new configurations, features, and updates to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver a positive user experience.

  • Research: Stay informed about new trends, tools, and best practices in workplace technology and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in workplace technology tools and enhancing employee experiences through innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Moveworks, Appspace, or similar tools is a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, workflows, and user experience design is desirable.
