The ideal candidate is analytical, detailoriented, and highly motivated, with a strong passion for hotel real estate and hospitality. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams-including asset management, revenue management, operations, and finance-as well as interaction with ownership groups, developers, and external partners. This individual will be a confident, teamoriented, and highly motivated professional who serves as a credible, responsive, and effective member of the corporate team. The primary objective of the role is to support the company's strategic growth initiatives by efficiently evaluating and processing new deal opportunities while effectively leveraging internal and external resources. Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain detailed financial models and projections for hotel management, acquisition, and revenue management opportunities, including sensitivity analyses and return scenarios
