CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Indiana Roadway Team Leader to join our Highway & Rail Team in Indianapolis, IN. In this influential role, you will drive technical quality across major transportation projects, mentor emerging engineers, and contribute to the evolution of safe, efficient, and future ready highway and rail systems. Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to highway, roadway, and rail infrastructure projects-from initial assessment through planning and design

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
