Coke Florida is searching for an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager based out of our Tampa HQ area office, working, Monday - Friday.



What You Will Do:


The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the technology infrastructure that supports a large, multi-site bottling and distribution operation of approximately 5,500 employees across the state of Florida. This role combines technical depth with people leadership, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of core infrastructure services, networks, and platforms that are critical to manufacturing, distribution, and corporate functions. The manager will oversee a team of technical professionals and serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues spanning cloud, on-premises, and network environments. premises, and network environments.



The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of progressive, hands-on infrastructure experience and a minimum of 3 years managing technical staff in a complex, multi-site enterprise setting. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a strong onsite presence in the Tampa headquarters and periodic travel to bottling and distribution centers throughout Florida.




Roles and Responsibilities:


Infrastructure Leadership and Strategy



  • Lead the planning, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, collaboration platforms, and core IT services across all Florida sites.


  • Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps that align with business priorities, cybersecurity requirements, operational technology needs, and documentation.


  • Define and enforce infrastructure standards, patterns, and reference architectures to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across bottling plants, warehouses, and corporate offices.
  • Partner with senior IT and business leaders to translate operational requirements (production uptime, plant connectivity, remote sites, etc.) into robust infrastructure solutions.



Team Management and People Leadership



  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities.


  • Assign work, set priorities, and oversee execution of projects and operational tasks to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and security policies.


  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement within the infrastructure team.


  • Coordinate with other IT functions (Cybersecurity, OT, Applications, Service Desk) to ensure cohesive end-to-end service delivery and effective incident response.



Operations, Monitoring, and Incident Management



  • Oversee daily operations of enterprise infrastructure, including on-premises data centers, virtualized environments, cloud services, and core network and security components. premises data centers, virtualized environments, cloud services, and core network and security components.


  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (uptime, capacity utilization, incident resolution times, backup success rates, etc.) to maintain high availability and performance of critical systems.


  • Serve as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents, coordinating technical resources and communicating status to stakeholders during major incidents.


  • Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities are designed, tested, and maintained for all critical systems supporting production and distribution.



Office 365 and Core Platform Management



  • Oversee administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related security/compliance features.


  • Manage licensing models, allocations, and renewals for Microsoft 365, ensuring cost-effective use of licenses and alignment with organizational roles and usage patterns.


  • Work with security and compliance teams to ensure that M365 configuration supports data protection, retention, eDiscovery, and regulatory requirements.


  • Provide Tier3 escalation support for complex Microsoft 365 issues, including identity integration, conditional access, and advanced collaboration scenarios.



Network and Cisco Infrastructure



  • Oversee the design, deployment, and support of LAN, WAN, wireless, and remote connectivity across all corporate offices, bottling plants, distribution centers, and remote facilities.


  • Ensure stable and secure operation of Cisco network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless controllers/access points, VPN, and firewall integrations.


  • Ensure stable operations of our conference room collaboration technology (Cisco)


  • Collaborate with network engineers to optimize network performance, redundancy, QoS for voice and video, and segmentation to support OT, production lines, and corporate traffic.


  • Serve as an escalation point for complex network incidents and changes, particularly those affecting production facilities or critical business operations.



Database and Application Infrastructure



  • Coordinate and oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of database environments (e.g., SQL Server, cloud databases) that support enterprise applications, reporting, and OT integrations.


  • Ensure infrastructure readiness for application rollouts, upgrades, and integrations, including capacity planning, network requirements, and high availability configurations.


  • Collaborate with application owners and data teams to ensure database environments meet performance, security, and backup/restore requirements.



Security, Compliance, and Governance



  • Partner closely with Cybersecurity and Technology Operations teams to ensure that infrastructure designs and operations adhere to security best practices and corporate SOPs.


  • Ensure patching, hardening, and configuration baselines are implemented and maintained across servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.


  • Support compliance initiatives, audits, and assessments by maintaining accurate documentation, implementing remediation plans, and ensuring infrastructure controls are operating effectively.


  • Promote a security-by-design mindset within the infrastructure team, integrating security considerations into all architecture and change activities.



Vendor, Budget, and Contract Management



  • Manage relationships with key infrastructure vendors and service providers (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ISPs, data center providers, hardware suppliers).


  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts related to infrastructure hardware, software, cloud services, and maintenance contracts.


  • Evaluate and recommend tools and solutions that improve infrastructure reliability, observability, security, and automation.



Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication



  • Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, finance, HR, and other business stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure infrastructure services support business outcomes.

  • Support change management by contributing to communication plans, training, and readiness activities for infrastructure-related changes.



For this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or network engineering roles within medium to large enterprises.


  • At least 3 years of direct experience managing technical staff (engineers, administrators, or similar roles), including performance management and workload prioritization.


  • Strong technical expertise across several of the following domains:


  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration and licensing


  • Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy


  • Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, HyperV)


  • Storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions


  • Cisco-based networking (LAN/WAN/WiFi, VPN, routing, switching)


  • Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or similar)


  • Cisco-based collaboration technology (conference room A/V equipment)


  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents that span multiple technologies (network, servers, cloud, and collaboration tools).


  • Experience working within or with enterprise architecture frameworks, preferably TOGAF, for documenting and guiding infrastructure decisions.


  • Proven ability to operate in a multi-site environment with critical manufacturing or distribution operations, balancing uptime, security, and change control.




Additional qualifications that will make you successful in the role:



  • Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or higher) are strongly preferred.


  • Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows Server.


  • ITIL or IT service management certification or demonstrated experience working within ITIL-based processes.


  • Experience supporting network and infrastructure technology environments in bottling operations, manufacturing or industrial settings.


  • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, SCOM, or similar).
