Job Description:
We're looking for a full-time, staff Sr. Compensation Programs Analyst to join our Day & Zimmermann team.This role administers the enterprise compensation programs, systems, and processes, with primary accountability for Year-End Compensation activities (Merit and Short-Term Incentive), SuccessFactors compensation functionality including our Rewards & Recognition Program, and training enablement. It will serve as the point of contact for compensation systems, process governance, and continuous improvement, leveraging automation, AI, and technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. It will also partner closely with Compensation leadership, HR Operations, HR Technology, and IT to ensure consistent and effective delivery of compensation programs. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $80,640.00 - $120,960.00.
