What It's Like Our Quality Engineering team plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality digital experiences that millions of T-Mobile customers rely on every day. We work closely with engineering and product partners to ensure new features are thoroughly tested, performant, and ready for real-world use at scale. By building strong automation and identifying issues early, the team helps accelerate releases while maintaining customer trust. Our work directly impacts platform stability, user satisfaction, and the overall success of T-Mobile's customer-facing applications. What You'll Do As a Quality Engineering Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience contributing to real production systems throughout the summer. You'll write and maintain automated end-to-end UI tests using Cypress and TypeScript for modern web applications, as well as develop automated API tests to validate backend services and integrations. You'll collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to understand new features, reproduce bugs, and ensure critical user flows are well covered. Your work will help improve test reliability, increase automation coverage, and support faster, higher-quality releases. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation. Never stop growing! | |
