Job Summary: The Sr Analyst, Dayforce is an integral role in ArchWell Health's HRIS strategy as the primary Dayforce Solution Architect. This position focuses on building process and workflow to gain efficiency, bring transparency, reduce errors, and create empowerment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, outstanding communication abilities, and high-level leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams through complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the point of escalation for Dayforce troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure solutions are high-quality, effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Actively participate in configuration builds for projects, ensuring hands-on involvement in the setup and customization of systems.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that all configurations are completed accurately and meet project requirements.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments to develop cross-functional project teams.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Analyze key drivers and identify root causes of problems to develop creative, practical solutions.
  • Act as a consultative partner, providing guidance and proposing alternative approaches when appropriate.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure all project details are meticulously managed and documented.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of Dayforce experience.
  • Dayforce support should include a broad selection of various areas including Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, EDI files, Report writing.


  • Skills:

    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Strong customer service mindset.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Hands-on experience with configuration builds and system setups.
    • Hands-on experience with Dayforce reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
